Like some other PSU Banks, Punjab National Bank has also entered into an agreement with Manipal Global Education Services like ICICI, Bank of Baroda and Andhra Bank.
Punjab National Bank is inviting applications from IBPS PO CWE Qualifiers only to admit a batch of 120 candidates in Manipal Academy.
Course Details :-
Punjab National Bank - Manipal PO Programme is similar to ICICI,BOB, Andhra Bank's Joint Venture with Manipal Academy that it will involve registering the successful candidates in PG Diploma in Banking and Finance to be awarded after 12 months of course.
During the course, first 9 months the candidates will attend classroom training at Manipal Academy, Bangalore and Last 3 Months will be an Internship in Punjab National Bank.
After completion of This 12 months training, candidates will be absorbed as POs in Punjab National Bank.
The cost of Programme is 3.15 Lakhs and it will be provided as Loan from Punjab National Bank. The amount will later be deducted from their salaries at negligible rate of interest.
Stipends of 2500 will be given in 9 Months Training and 10000 will be given in 3 Months Internship.

Eligibility Criteria
Should be between 20 - 28 yrs of age as on July 1, 2012 (upper limit relaxed by 3 Yrs for OBC and 5 for SC/ST).Should have completed any degree with 60% min aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) as on Aug 13, 2012.Valid IBPS PO CWE score Card is required (Min TWS - General - 146, OBC - 125, SC/ST/PWD - 113).Selection Procedure
- Punjab National Bank will later call few candidates that get shortlisted for Interviews/GD from received applications.
- Final Selection will be decided on the basis of overall performance (IBPS CWE Score + GD+ Interviews).

Application Procedure
- Fee is Rs.100 for GEN/OBC/EXS and Rs.20 for others. No need to pay any fee if applied for PNB 775 Management Trainees Recruitment earlier this year but didn't get Interview call.
- To be paid through this challan at any of Punjab National Bank branches.
- Apply online with correct details and Keep the print of application and challan safe for future use.
