Corporation Bank is currently looking to recruit 431 Specialist Officers (SO). Vacancies are for both IBPS SO CWE Qualifiers and candidates who did not appear for this test.

• Posts Num 1-4 and 6 are for IBPS CWE Qualifiers and rest all posts are direct recruitment for eligible candidates that did not give the IBPS CWE Exam.
• Age Limit is -
  • 20 -30 yrs for Post 1-5 and 7
  • 20 -35 yrs for Post 8 - 10
  • Upper Age Limit is 45 yrs for Security Manager (No Lower Limit Specified)
  • Upper Age Limit is 35 yrs for all other posts (No Lower Limit Specified)

Eligibility Criteria

• For Post Num 1- 4 and 6, Selection will be on the basis of IBPS SO CWE (Mar 2012) Scores. Candidates will be shortlisted from the received applications and will be interviewed later.

• For all other posts, eligible candidates satisfying Age,Educational and experience related requirements may apply. Bank will later call them for GD/Interviews for said posts.

Selection Procedure

• As stated, For Posts 1-4 and 6, IBPS Scores will be considered while all other candidates will be tested afresh as per criteria set by the bank (GD/Interview).
• The Interview will be for 100 marks. 40% marks will be required in Gen category and 35% required for other categories.
• Finally selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years (Scale-I) and 1 Year for other scales. No details are mentioned about the Bond process which is a norm these days.

Application Procedure

• The fee for application is
  • For Posts 1-4 and 6 - Rs. 20 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs.100 for Others.
  • For Other - Rs. 50 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs.200 for Others.
  Payment to be made in cash at any Corporation Bank branch by this Payment Challan. Or it may also be made through NEFT at any bank's branches.
• Apply online with all details filled properly. Keep payment challan safe for use during GD/Interview (if called for) and two application form prints.
