Eligibility Criteria

• Age to be under 27 yrs as on 01.08.2012 (Age Limit relaxed as 5 - SC/ST, 3 - OBC, 10 - PWD),
• Educational Qualification
  • For General Cadre - Graduate Degree in any discipline.
  • For Accounts Cadre - Completed B.Com. from any recognized university.
  • For Depot Cadre - Graduate Degree in any discipline.
  • For Technical Cadre - B.Sc. in any of Agriculture/Botany/Zoology/Bio-Technology/Bio Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Science,
    OR ,
    B.Tech./BE in Food Science/Food Science & Technology/Agricultural Engineering/Bio-Technology
• Computer Knowledge is required although Certificate is not necessary.

Selection Procedure

• The selection process will be administered by SSC (Staff Selection Commission). There will be Three papers in the written test phase.
• Paper I is compulsory for all and will be organized on Nov 11. Paper II and III will be held on Jan 06, 2013. Paper III is only to be attempted by Technical Cadre applicants and all other candidates will appear for Paper - II on Jan 06, 2013.
• The patterns of all three papers are :-
  
• Those clearing the two phase written exam will be called for CPT (Computer Proficiency Test) and final selection will than be made on the basis of overall scores.

Application Procedure

• The fee is Rs.200 for GEN/OBC and NIL for SC/ST/EX-Serviceman/PWD/Women Candidates..
• Candidates may pay the application fee through State Bank of India either in the form of Challan or net banking.
• For Challan payment, application Part - I is to be completed and a challan will be generated which will be used to submit fees at any SBI Branch.
• After payment, Part - II Registration is to be completed to confirm payment details and Upload of Photo/Signature.
• NO need to send any Document to SSC, but it is advised to keep a copy of application form for future use.
