      Yes Friend. We must need a degree to apply IBPS examination. We can get the alerts for Bank Exam using Google Alerts or by subscribing in any forums or Blogs.

      In formal you are not eligible, they will ask you at least an UG degree to write the Exam(even they will ask you during Application form). But you can attend it to get an experience by giving fake information in the Online Application Form :)
